Dear Metric Motors:

I'm writing this letter in response to some work I had done on my engine, or rather because I'm so pleased with the work that was done on my engine. Please allow me to explain.

Five months ago I had my truck towed over to your shop because it was leaking oil and wouldn't drive over twenty-five miles per hour. I was expecting that it was something major, but not so major that it would require the rebuilding of my engine, but that's what was required.

After hearing how much it would cost to have it rebuilt I figured it would be easier to take the money and make a down payment on a new truck, because rarely does a vehicle run the same after it's been repaired.

I write this to say that not only did your shop save me the cost of over $12,000 dollars for the cost of a new truck, but also my truck hasn't run this great since I bought it, honestly. I'm currently driving it with effortless acceleration and have gone from 205 miles per tank to 301 miles per tank. It also used to make loud acceleration and idling noises and how you can barely hear or feel the car when it's on.

Well, I've taken up enough of your time for I'm sure you're giving someone else the same professional service. I thank you not only for my engine, but putting up with my nagging by being patient and pleasant, as well as understanding.
