Within the last month or so I have had the opportunity to frequent your place of business due to some technical difficulties relating to the heating/cooling system in my Renault. On more than one occasion, my car required multiple service and frequent driving to identify the problem.


I would like to thank Metric Motors and repairman Mike for the service that we received at your establishment. I received considerate service and my car received quality care. I understand that your operation is very busy and even so, my time consuming problem received immediate attention.


I appreciate your frequent calls to notify me of problems and the additional time that was spent explaining to me the problem in terms I could understand. My car was also released to me, payment pending, because the repairman wanted to make sure it was finished before a final payment.
